Felicia fell in love with the opportunity to assist families and help them get their lives back on track. Learning the claims process over the years she wanted to absorb any information she could. When offered the opportunity, Felicia moved from mitigation to the restoration side.
While on the restoration she learned about specific structural knowledge, which is critical when preparing a building estimate. For years she desired to become a Public Adjuster to really protect the policyholders from being taken advantage of by the big insurance companies.
